Bettina was called to the Bar in 2006, having been admitted as a solicitor in 2002. She is admitted to practice in New South Wales and in the Courts of the Dubai International Finance Centre.
Prior to coming to the Bar, she worked at Clayton Utz for a total of 8 years, 3½ of those as a solicitor. Whilst at Clayton Utz, she worked in Product Liability/Insurance, Retail Banking and E-commerce, and Building and Construction. Since coming to the Bar, Bettina has developed a practice in providing advice and representation in diverse areas and jurisdictions, focusing on appeals and corporate and commercial, equity and trusts disputes.
