Scott primarily practices in the areas of commercial law, equity and insolvency.  He has acted for major financial institutions and receivers.  He was admitted as a barrister in 2005.

Prior to joining the Bar, he worked as a Judge’s Associate in the Federal Court and  at a top tier firm.
