Guy has a varied practice, reflecting his diverse experience as a solicitor at Freehills, the Legal Aid Commission of New South Wales and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Guy's work at the bar has centred on insurance and reinsurance disputes, employment law, discrimination law and general commercial work. He has also appeared in administrative and criminal law matters.

Guy is regularly briefed in large commercial matters as junior to leading Senior Counsel.
