Roger Marshall has over 25 years’ experience as a barrister specialising in corporations and insolvency matters.
Renowned for his commercial and practical approach to litigation and resolving disputes, Roger regularly advises and appears in all aspects of corporations and insolvency matters. These matters include applications for and against liquidators, receivers, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy.
Roger also practises in equity and has significant experience in partnership disputes, succession and land law matters, as well as the law of trusts. He also advises and appears in commercial litigation involving banking and securities law, trade practices and professional liability. He acts for and against company directors, local governments, professionals and businessmen.
Roger regularly appears at first instance and on appeal in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia. He has also appeared in inferior State courts and what was the Federal Circuit Court.
