Danny is a commercial and equity barrister who has been advising and representing clients for almost 20 years across a broad range of areas including insurance, professional liability, insolvency, corporations, fraud, equity & trusts, competition & consumer law, family provisions and wills & estates.
He was called to the bar in 2007. Prior to coming to the bar, Danny practised at top-tier law firms in Sydney and London.
Danny appears in a wide range of courts and tribunals in NSW and the ACT and in the federal jurisdiction. He has appeared both led and unled in appellate matters.
Whether briefed on behalf of a plaintiff or a defendant, Danny’s constant focus is to marshal his experience and expertise to work in collaboration with his instructing lawyers so as to achieve an expeditious, cost effective and commercially sensible outcome for the client.
Danny is a Senior Member of NCAT in the Commercial and Consumer Division.
He has written and presented on a number of topics relating to litigation, including expert evidence, client legal privilege and legal research.
