Dana accepts briefs in all areas of law. She is an experienced legal practitioner with more than 10 years of professional experience as a solicitor, most recently as a Senior Associate at Mills Oakley, and prior to that as a solicitor at Atanaskovic Hartnell and Mallesons Stephens Jacques (now King & Wood Mallesons).

Dana principally specialises in commercial, corporate, and insolvency law matters. As a result of her extensive experience as a solicitor, she is adept in matters that are large, complex and factually difficult.

Dana also has expertise in tax and revenue law matters. She has acted for high net worth tax payers in proceedings against the Commissioner for Taxation and is presently undertaking a Master of Laws (Tax) at the University of Sydney.
