Daniel accepts briefs in all civil and commercial practice areas.

Daniel has developed a strong generalist practice with an emphasis on commercial disputes including insolvency, professional negligence, public liability claims, defamation, discrimination, and disciplinary matters, both in the professional sporting and general occupational spheres.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Daniel practised as a solicitor in litigation acting in a wide variety of commercial, tortious and insurance disputes. Prior to that he was a tipstaff at the Supreme Court of NSW, having completed his LLB (Hons) and BCom at the University of Sydney.
