Justin O’Connor was admitted to the NSW Bar in 2004. He has appeared unled in all superior, intermediate and lower courts of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and has appeared in tenancy and building disputes in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Justin has also developed an appellant practice.

Prior to his admission to the Bar, in 1995 Justin was Tipstaff to his Honour, Justice Peter McInerney former Justice of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Since 2014, Justin has acted as the Judiciary Counsel for the NSW Rugby League.

Justin worked as a solicitor in Sydney from 1996 to 2004.
