A specialist in commercial law, with a particular focus on insurance law, Stuart carries with him over 35 years’ experience at the Bar, including over 20 years as Senior Counsel.

He is frequently retained by local and foreign insurers both as defence counsel and in connection with coverage issues related to general liability, professional indemnity and directors and officers liability policies.

Stuart maintains a strong appellate practice, and possesses widespread experience in construction and engineering-related litigation, and claims involving public authorities, financial advisors, auditors, lawyers and medical practitioners.
