A highly experienced and well-regarded barrister, Bradley practices in taxation, administrative, commercial law, equity, family and military law.

Bradley has particular expertise in Commonwealth and state revenue matters, and regularly appears for both taxpayers and revenue authorities in the Federal Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the High Court of Australia. He has advised resident and non-resident clients across a range of industries including: banking, finance, property development, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, telecommunications and mining industries in relation to both domestic and international transactions and disputes.He has also advised the New South Wales, West Australian and Queensland Governments on Commonwealth tax-related matters.

Bradley also regularly advises and appears in family law property disputes, particularly matters that involve complex taxation and equity issues.

Bradley has published numerous articles on taxation issues and is co-author of Evans, Jones & Power, Equity & Trusts. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Tax Institute and a Fellow of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
